Job description

Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, Frazil Energy, and Cafe Tango! We are a growing, high-performance team in search of a Graphic Designer.  
 
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, innovative designs across various channels, from product packaging to digital and in-store marketing materials. Your creativity will drive the visual presence of Frazil as we continue to grow and introduce exciting promotions. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure the brand stays fun, refreshing, and consistent in all design materials.
  • Advertising & Marketing Materials: Design engaging promotional materials for both digital and in-store use, including banners, flyers, and social media content. 
  • Branding: Ensure consistent application of our brand across all touchpoints. Update and maintain brand materials periodically. Ensure any sub-brand work with logos is refreshing, but consistent with style guides. Ensure all design materials reflect the Frazil brand identity, using consistent colors, typography, and imagery. 
  • Event & Trade Show Materials: Design booth setups, banners, and promotional materials for industry trade shows and Frazil events, ensuring we stand out in competitive environments. 
  • Social Media & Digital Graphics: Create engaging visual content for Frazil's social media channels, website, and email marketing, keeping our online presence fresh and exciting. 
  • 3D rendering and mockups: Develop styled mockups and 3D renderings that can be shown in high-value conversations with current and potential customers. 
  • Webpage Design: Design visually engaging and user-friendly web pages using drag-and-drop editors (potential platforms: HubSpot, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms). Ensure web pages are optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences. No coding required, but familiarity with web design principles and best practices is essential. 
  • Video editing and animation capabilities (bonus): Ability to work with various video editing platforms (such as Premiere Pro and CapCut) to support the social media and other digital marketing efforts of the company. 
  • Collaborate with Technology Team (bonus): Assist the technology team to design and produce digital user interfaces, dashboards, and other technology-related assets using Figma. Figma understanding is a bonus. 
  • Other duties as assigned . 

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:  
 
  • 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience. 
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field (BFA or BA preferred). 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 
 
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies: 
 
  • Experience in physical advertising and marketing materials, digital marketing materials, packaging design, and social media graphics. 
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing a range of creative work. 
  • Experience designing in Adobe Suite, 3D rendering, motion graphics (Adobe After Effects preferred), video editing, Figma or other digital design platforms.
