This position does require you to be in Madison, WI. This position will be shooting product in our studio on a daily/weekly basis utilizing our equipment.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Creative Video Development
    • Implement multi-faceted thinking, bringing concepts to life through videography while developing multiple projects from concept to completion, including videos and stop-motion graphics
    • Conceptualizing, editing, and producing multiple video projects for our clients with a high attention to detail
    • Responsible for high-quality work, including error-free (spelling) execution in bringing client's story to life
    • Work regularly with Video Lead and Strategy team to ensure content is aligned and on track for delivery
    • Properly build, name, and file all files for seamless integration of content across all team members
  • Seamless Content Execution & Project Management
    • Balance all client needs through meticulous schedules of shoots, meetings, and editing time
    • Ideate video ideas, storyboard, set up and utilize lighting, manage styling and production, & execute deliverables
    • Produce edits quickly and accurately to Strategy team for client assets
    • Creatively problem solve prior to and during video shoots to ensure professional production standards
    • Develop production schedules and details for shoots and content calendars in conjunction with Strategy team
    • Collaborate closely with design and strategy team and stakeholders to help facilitate quality content
    • Ensure a detail-oriented approach to videography that produces quality, on time, in scope delivery of assets
    • Use internal processes for projects through necessary tools (Asana, Server, software, time tracking, etc.)
  • Creative Team Engagement
    • Maintain equipment, keep an organized space, and assist the creative team with other projects as assigned
    • Manage videography library, including manipulate and edit videography and imagery as needed
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Research and develop opportunities in social media trends to provide client success
    • On-site and client support as necessary to facilitate client needs
  • Other duties as assigned by the Lead, VP or President
    • All clients have different needs, so responsibilities may change with the needs of the client and Agency
