We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Head of Social Media & Content Marketing to lead the online presence of our growing real estate companies.

This is an in-office, full-time position based in Irvington, New Jersey. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while helping grow our brands and generate leads.

If you're someone who lives on social media, enjoys creating content that gets attention, and can turn ideas into engaging videos and posts, we'd love to meet you.


What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage our social media content calendar
  • Film and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
  • Create engaging graphics, stories, and promotional posts
  • Photograph apartments, agents, and company events
  • Write captions in both English and Spanish
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
  • Keep branding consistent across all platforms
  • Brainstorm new marketing campaigns and content ideas
  • Stay on top of social media trends
  • Track analytics and improve performance
  • Coordinate with our leasing and marketing teams
  • Help build our employer brand to recruit new real estate agents
  • Cover property tours, behind-the-scenes content, office culture, and client success stories


Qualifications

Required

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Comfortable being behind and in front of the camera
