About the Opportunity:
As a Graphic Design & Video Editor, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through exceptional graphic design, video production, and creative marketing. Working closely with our agents and leadership team, you'll create compelling visual content that promotes listings, strengthens our brand, and supports recruiting and company initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys designing, editing, and producing high-quality marketing materials in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Design high-quality marketing materials, including listing flyers, brochures, postcards, digital ads, presentations, signage, and other branded collateral.
  • Create and edit engaging video content for social media, YouTube, websites, email campaigns, and agent promotions.
  • Produce graphics, animations, and short-form video content that enhances our brand and drives engagement.
  • Assist with photography, videography, and post-production editing for listings, events, agent spotlights, and company marketing.
  • Maintain and update company websites, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels with fresh, visually compelling content.
  • Develop and schedule social media content that aligns with company branding and marketing goals.
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain a consistent brand identity across print, digital, and video platforms.
  • Collaborate with agents and leadership to create custom marketing pieces that help promote listings, personal brands, and company initiatives.
  • Support the planning and promotion of company events, recruiting campaigns, and community outreach through creative design and visual storytelling.
  • Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, templates, photos, videos, and brand resources.
  • Utilize AI-powered design and video editing tools to streamline content creation and improve marketing efficiency.

What You Bring:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success leading marketing strategy and driving measurable results
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:
  • Real experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and AI creative tools
  • Real estate license (MD or VA)
