ABOUT THE ROLE

YoungLA For Her is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our womenโ€™s line, translating our apparel into high-energy, visually stunning digital assets.

You will be responsible for keeping up with our high-volume production schedule, ensuring a consistent stream of premium content to support weekly drops, restocks, and evergreen marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drop & Restock Campaigns: Own the conception, creation and execution of video and motion assets supporting weekly product drops and restocks, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Multi-Format Content Production: Create, edit, and optimize content across multiple formats and aspect ratios, with a primary focus on vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) assets for social, paid media, and digital channels.
  • Creative Asset Development: Produce a wide range of high-performing content, including:
  • Behind-the-scenes (BTS) edits
  • Product launch and "Live Now" campaign assets
  • Lifestyle photo video edits and floor photo video integrations
  • App trailers and promotional videos
  • Additional campaign and brand storytelling content as needed (examples include high-CTR GIFs, videos, and lofi edits)
  • Evergreen & Ad Hoc Content: Develop engaging evergreen creative, including GIFs, motion graphics, lo-fi edits, and other performance-driven assets, while remaining agile enough to support fast-turnaround requests.
  • Brand Execution & Consistency: Maintain a premium, cohesive visual identity across all video and motion content, ensuring every asset aligns with the YLA For Her brand aesthetic, voice, and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

What weโ€™re looking for

  • 2-4+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphic design, specifically within the fashion, streetwear, or e-commerce industries.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, elevated, modern fashion aesthetic. You know how to make apparel look premium and desirable through movement.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to manage a heavy workflow and deliver 6+ polished deliverables per week without sacrificing quality.
  • Comfortable shifting between structured drop assets, app trailers, quick-turnaround GIFs, and unique special projects.
