Job description

LSK121 Oral Prosthetics is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Video Producer & Editor to create high-quality educational video content for YouTube and social media.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Naperville, Illinois headquarters. This is not a remote, freelance, or contract role.

The ideal candidate has strong technical video production skills and can film detailed, close-up procedures with excellent lighting, angles, focus, audio, and visual clarity. Dental experience is not required. The educational direction and dental knowledge will be provided internally. Your role is to turn that knowledge into clear, polished, professional video content.

Responsibilities

  • Film detailed dental laboratory procedures, demonstrations, interviews, seminars, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Capture close-up work involving hands, tools, materials, shade, texture, and technical processes
  • Set up and manage cameras, lighting, microphones, and audio equipment
  • Produce and edit long-form YouTube videos
  • Create short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Perform video editing, color correction, audio editing, and file organization
  • Improve video pacing, structure, visual clarity, and viewer understanding
  • Prepare platform-ready video content for multiple social media channels
  • Collaborate directly with CEO Luke Kahng and the internal team on content direction and production quality

Qualifications

A strong portfolio is more important than a degree. Candidates must have advanced filming, lighting, editing, and post-production skills, with the ability to manage the full video production process independently.

Preferred experience includes one or more of the following:

  • YouTube or educational video production
  • Technical, instructional, product, medical, dental, laboratory, or process-based filming
  • Close-up or macro-style filming
  • Interview or podcast-style video production
  • Short-form social media video editing
  • Professional lighting, audio, and editing workflows

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a specialized technical environment. This role is best suited for someone seeking a long-term position with one company and interested in building a high-quality educational content library.

This is primarily a video production role, not a daily social media management role. The producer should understand how to prepare and repurpose content for social platforms, but high-volume daily posting and audience engagement are not the main focus of this position.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Professional camera, lighting, and audio setup
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
  • Color correction, audio editing, file management, and export workflows
  • Long-form and short-form video editing

Portfolio required for consideration.
