Job Responsibilities 
 
Content Creation & Management 
   •       Plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media (Instagram, YouTube), blogs, and KakaoTalk push messages.
   •       Write and edit compelling copy in Korean, ensuring tone and style consistency across all platforms.
   •       Develop and implement a strategic content plan tailored to the Korean market to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
   •       Translate and localize content from English to Korean and vice versa, maintaining cultural and linguistic accuracy.
 
Social Media & Video Content 
   •       Develop strategies for YouTube and Instagram, focusing on video content creation and audience engagement.
   •       Collaborate with video production teams or independently create short-form video content.
   •       Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize content performance.
 
SEO & Analytics 
   •       Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into content planning and creation.
   •       Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data to inform future strategies and improve engagement.
•   Plan, manage, and update the global integrated website with locally relevant content.
        •       Create engaging and impactful content for the local website, ensuring alignment with EF’s brand voice and messaging.
        •       Apply expertise in copywriting to produce high-quality marketing and communication materials.
   2.      Media Relations
 
Campaign Execution 
   •       Create and execute email marketing campaigns with engaging subject lines and copy.
   •       Develop KakaoTalk push message strategies to increase user engagement and conversion.
   •       Ensure all content aligns with EF Korea’s brand voice and objectives.
 
Requirements 
   •       Fluent in Korean (native/near-native) and proficient in business-level English.
   •       Experience:
        •  3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
        •  Background in social media copywriting and understanding of SEO principles.
        •  Experience in email marketing and push message campaigns is a plus.
        •  Familiarity with video production and strategy for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
   •       Skills:
        •  Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Korean and English.
        •  Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to various audiences.
        •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies.
        •  Knowledge of content distribution tools and platforms (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing tools).
   •       Personal Qualities:
        •  Highly creative and detail oriented.
        •  Strong organizational and project management skills.
        •  Team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
 
Preferred Qualifications 
   •       Experience in content marketing for the education or travel industry.
   •       Familiarity with the EF brand and mission.
   •       Knowledge of trends in digital marketing and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
   •       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign) is highly preferred, especially for creating or editing social media and marketing assets
