3+ years of experience in instructional design, training or learning & development.
Eye for Design: able to create visually appealing courses, content, diagrams and slides
that are clean, modern and well laid out.
Make Complex Concepts Simple: able to translate complex concepts into simple terms
and organize it in a way that's easy to understand.
Experience in common Sales tools: Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, etc
Experience with Design Tools: experience with authoring, multimedia, and graphics
tools including Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia Video Editing,
PowerPoint, Google Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Manage Work in Remote Environment: ability to work both independently and in
teams, balance multiple projects and prioritize time well.
Bachelor's Degree is required
