  • Optimize YouTube content through effective title creation, metadata management, thumbnail strategy, descriptions, and publishing best practices.
  • Maintain efficient race-weekend production and publishing workflows to support timely content delivery.
  • Lead execution of NASCAR's YouTube Live programming, including race companion coverage, special events, and experimental live content initiatives.
  • Coordinate livestream setup, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support before and during live events.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and digital media teams to ensure successful live-event execution.
  • Help establish and improve operational standards and best practices for NASCAR's expanding live-streaming initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal video clip requests and digital content support.
  • Locate, package, and distribute race footage, archival video, in-car camera content, scanner audio, and other assets for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and organization of evergreen content libraries that enable long-term storytelling and fan engagement.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve content operations, publishing speed, production efficiency, and audience experience.
  • Stay current on YouTube platform developments, content publishing trends, livestream technologies, and AI-assisted production workflows.
  • Evaluate, test, and support emerging production tools, technology platforms, and digital storytelling innovations.
  • Travel up to 15%, including weekends, as business needs require.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in digital video production, live production, sports content operations, digital publishing, or a related field.
  • Portfolio, reel, or work samples demonstrating video editing, digital publishing, livestream execution, content operations, or sports storytelling experience required.
  • Strong Adobe Premiere Pro editing skills with experience creating and publishing digital video content under tight deadlines.
  • Experience supporting live streaming productions, digital broadcasts, or live-event content operations.
  • Knowledge of YouTube publishing workflows, audience engagement best practices, metadata optimization, thumbnail strategy, and video performance fundamentals.
  • Experience with WSC, Grabyo, Wildmoka, or comparable clipping and content distribution platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Live, OBS, vMix, StreamYard, or similar livestream production tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience collaborating with production, social media, digital content, or broadcast teams preferred.
  • Understanding of sports media, live-event coverage, or motorsports content is preferred.
  • Interest in emerging media technologies, digital distribution strategies, and AI-assisted production workflows.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including race weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
