Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Platform Management
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with overall company branding and marketing goals.
- Multi-Platform Growth: Actively manage, optimize, and grow Luminess’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
- Social Operations: Schedule and manage daily social media activity using scheduling tools like Hootsuite to ensure consistent, well-timed publishing.
Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Short-Form Video Production: Brainstorm, script, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video reels, TikToks, and short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.
- Visual Aesthetics: Create engaging static graphics, photography, and written copy that match our brand voice.
- Asset Editing: Edit graphics, promotional materials, and branded marketing content to ensure high-quality, cohesive aesthetics across all channels.
Community Engagement & Social Listening
- Audience Interaction: Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions daily, engaging with our audience while maintaining a professional, authentic brand voice.
- Trend Tracking: Conduct social listening and competitor research to identify emerging trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations, pivoting strategies accordingly.
Affiliate & Collaborator Outreach
- Program Growth: Manage, optimize, and scale the Luminess affiliate program to drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Influencer Outreach: Proactively source, pitch, and acquire new affiliates, content creators, and brand collaborators to build a robust network of brand advocates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio or links to handles required). Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce space is a major plus!
- Video Mastery: Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot) or desktop software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) with a proven track record of creating high-performing Reels/TikToks.
- Design Tools: Strong eye for aesthetics and proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social) and affiliate management platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Hustle & Heart: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays ahead of the digital curve.
