JOB OVERVIEW

The Videographer - Training Content Support at ProSidian Consulting will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of visually engaging and immersive training content for the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) within the scope of the Air Force project. This role involves creating dynamic training videos, animations, quizzes, and presentation materials to facilitate effective learning experiences for approximately 7,800 Individual Reserve (IR) Airmen clients, government staff, and stakeholders. The Videographer will collaborate closely with the creative team to translate complex training concepts into compelling visual content.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop visually engaging training modules, animations, quizzes, and presentation materials.
• Produce high-quality training videos, including scenario-based content, to effectively convey critical information to diverse audiences.
• Utilize graphics, animations, and programming software to integrate visual elements with text and audio for an immersive learning experience.
• Design and create visual materials, illustrations, and graphics that enhance the educational value of the training content.
• Ensure consistency in visual styles and branding across all training materials.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to accurately represent complex concepts through visual storytelling.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training content.
• Collaborate with the ProSidian Engagement Team to ensure timely delivery of training content according to project milestones.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of training materials.
• Edit and enhance existing video content to meet specific training objectives.

Desired Qualifications For Videographer (AFRC6) | Engagement Team | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates:

• Proven experience as a professional videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing video production skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software, animation tools, and graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into easily understandable visuals.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and collaborate on a dynamic project team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address training content challenges.

Skills / Abilities / Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in creating training or educational content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your videography and visual design skills.
• Experience with eLearning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Qualifications:
• Prior experience working on government contracts or projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with military terminology or training content development is a plus.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearance if required.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
