Video Conferencing - Communications and Zoom Coordinator

BILL RATE: $30.00/hour

LOCATION: CHICAGO, IL

HYBRID 3 DAYS ONSITE

DURATION: 4 MONTHS

Short tern contract - looking for a Communication and zoom coordinator. You will own end-to-end process of managing phone call escalation and launching zoom video conferencing tools slack and/or servicenow and outlook calendar.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Communications & Zoom Support Coordinators to serve as dedicated resources for our team's real-time communication needs. In this role, they will own the end-to-end process of managing phone call escalations and launching Zoom meetings, ensuring our team can focus on their core work without communication bottlenecks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Comfortable on the phone and confident in escalating or redirecting calls professionally

Proficient with Zoom and video conferencing tools

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Service Now, and Outlook Calendar
