Junior Video Content Producer

Part-Time | In Person | Anaheim, CA | 25 Hours Per Week | $25 Per Hour

Wildhouse is an experiential design and production studio creating large-scale brand activations, immersive environments, and custom event builds for some of the world’s biggest brands.

We’re looking for a video-first Junior Video Content Producer to capture the people, process, and projects behind Wildhouse—and turn that footage into compelling short-form content.

Working onsite alongside our Creative Director, you’ll document projects as they move from design and fabrication through installation and final reveal. You’ll film and edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

This is not a photography-focused position. Occasional photography may be needed, but filming and editing video content are the primary responsibilities. Photography-only portfolios will not be considered.

The Role

Our production needs change daily, which is why this is an onsite position. You’ll capture content inside our Anaheim office and fabrication shop, as well as during local installations and events.

Some days will be filled with fast-moving production activity. We need someone who can recognize the story in any situation and make ordinary production moments feel exciting, intentional, and worth watching.

Editing will also be completed onsite so you can remain connected to the project, receive timely creative feedback, and turn content around quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Film and edit fast-paced, short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Capture projects from design and fabrication through installation and completion.
• Turn everyday shop activity—even slower production days—into compelling content.
• Create polished reels onsite with quick turnaround times.
• Interview team members and capture the people and stories behind our work.
• Develop original concepts, recurring series, and timely social content.
• Organize video assets and support the content calendar.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong video portfolio demonstrating short-form storytelling, filming, and editing.
• A strong editorial eye for composition, pacing, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• The ability to create polished social content with quick turnaround times.
• A proactive creator who identifies compelling moments without waiting for a detailed shot list.
• Comfortable filming and editing onsite in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexible as schedules and content needs change, including occasional travel, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Organized, collaborative, receptive to feedback, and excited to grow with Wildhouse.

Photography experience is a plus, but this is primarily a video-focused role. Photography-only portfolios will not be considered.

Schedule and Location

• Approximately 25 hours per week
• Fully onsite at our Anaheim, California shop
• Primarily daytime hours
• Occasional scheduled early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on production and installation needs
• Up to 50% travel for installations and events
• Reliable transportation to our Anaheim shop is required

Compensation

$25 per hour

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with Wildhouse. This role begins as a part-time position with the opportunity to develop into a full-time Video Content Producer as the company and our content needs continue to expand.

Our Hiring Process

Final candidates will be invited to an interview followed by a creative skills assessment at our Anaheim shop. We’ll evaluate how you think on your feet, identify a compelling story, and produce a polished, intentional reel within the given timeline.

During the working exercise, you’ll:

• Capture behind-the-scenes video inside our shop
• Identify an engaging story based on that day’s activity
• Film and edit a short-form vertical reel onsite
• Deliver a finished reel by the end of the exercise
