  • Creative Production: Partner closely with the Video Production team to plan productions, develop scripts and storyboards, coordinate shoots, manage production logistics and support interviews on set.
  • SEO, AI & Content Performance: Apply SEO best practices, leverage AI tools and use performance insights to continuously improve content quality, visibility and engagement.
  • Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, coordinate priorities across teams, oversee content calendars and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the Social Media Specialist, and freelance copywriters, providing clear direction, feedback and support while fostering strong collaboration across Creative, Marketing, Design and Paid Media.
Skills & Experience
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing and storytelling skills across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Strong experience in content strategy, editorial planning and project management from ideation through delivery, including publishing directly in CMS platforms and working with digital marketing teams to publish ads.
  • Experience leading content teams, freelancers and cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious about AI, emerging technologies and digital trends, using them to improve content quality and efficiency.
  • Highly organized, proactive and creative, with excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in content creation, editorial or content management, ideally within a B2C or international brand.
  • Proven experience creating content across digital, social, websites, email, print and video.
  • Strong experience in copywriting, brand messaging and editorial content.
