Contract Period: Initial 3-month contract with opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position

About LEAP360

LEAP360 is an all-in-one platform built for Family Entertainment Centers, bowling centers, trampoline parks, arcades, indoor play centers, and other entertainment venues.

We help operators simplify their operations, better understand their business, and create better experiences for their guests and teams.

As LEAP360 continues to grow, we're looking for a Creative Designer to join our marketing team and help us elevate the way our brand looks, feels, and communicates.

This is an opportunity for a creative professional who wants hands-on experience working with a growing technology brand while having a meaningful impact on its visual identity.

About the Role

  • The Creative Designer will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring LEAP360's marketing strategy and ideas to life through compelling visual content.
  • The Marketing Manager will provide campaign concepts, messaging, captions, and creative direction. The Creative Designer will turn those ideas into polished, professional visual assets and collaborate with the Marketing Manager through revisions and approval.
  • This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is confident in their design abilities, eager to grow, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing brand.
  • We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to make something look good, but understands why a design works and how visual communication can support marketing goals.
  • You will have the opportunity to help LEAP360 become more visually consistent, more recognizable, and more competitive within the FEC technology industry.

What You'll Do

  • Graphic & Digital Design
  • Create high-quality, on-brand creative for a variety of marketing channels, including:
  • Social media graphics and campaigns
  • LinkedIn graphics and thought leadership content
  • Email header graphics and email creative
  • Paid advertising creative
  • Website graphics
  • Blog graphics
  • Podcast graphics and promotional materials
  • One-pagers and sales collateral
  • Presentations and marketing materials
  • Trade show and event materials
  • Promotional graphics and campaign assets
  • Internal and external branded materials

Video & Motion

Video is an important part of LEAP360's marketing strategy. You'll help turn raw footage and creative concepts into polished, engaging video content.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Editing raw video footage into polished marketing videos
  • Creating short-form social media videos
  • Editing customer testimonial videos
  • Editing event and trade show footage
  • Creating podcast video content
  • Adding text, graphics, transitions, captions, music, and other visual elements
  • Creating motion graphics and animated elements
  • Repurposing longer-form video into shorter social content
  • Maintaining a consistent visual style across LEAP360's video content

Bonus: Experience with video capture, photography, or operating basic video equipment.

Brand Development

  • Help strengthen storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take creative direction and translate ideas into polished designs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow as a designer
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted creative tools and open to incorporating AI into the creative workflow
  • Ability to provide your own computer and equipment necessary to perform the role

Preferred

Experience with: Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects

  • Video editing
  • Motion graphics

  • Photography or video production
  • Brand identity development
  • Digital advertising creative

  • Event and trade show design
  • Experience with video capture is a plus but not required.

Your Portfolio

A portfolio is required as part of the application.

We're interested in seeing work that demonstrates both your design ability and creative range.

Your portfolio should ideally include examples of:

  • Social media or digital marketing graphics
  • Branding or visual identity work
  • Marketing collateral
  • Video editing
  • Motion graphics or animation, if applicable
  • Other projects that demonstrate your ability to take an idea and turn it into compelling visual content
  • Professional, freelance, internship, personal, academic, or portfolio projects may be included. We're less concerned with where the work came from and more interested in what you can create.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means helping LEAP360 become a stronger, more consistent, and more recognizable brand.

You'll help us:

  • Help LEAP360 stand out against competitors
  • Make the marketing team's creative process more efficient

  • Opportunity to work directly with the Marketing Manager and contribute to a growing technology brand

  • Bringing new creative ideas and perspectives to the brand
  • Challenging existing visual approaches when you see an opportunity to make something stronger

Collaboration

You will work directly with the Marketing Manager throughout the creative process.

The typical workflow will look like:

Marketing Strategy & Concept → Creative Direction → Design/Video Production → Marketing Manager Review → Revisions → First-Round Approval → Final Leadership Approval

You'll be expected to:
