About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a VoIP Engineerto join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Engineers and integrates voice, video, and collaboration capabilities across IT/OT environments.
  • Including lab validation, cutover support, operational testing, transition artifacts, and ORR support.

Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
  • 1-3 years enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering;
  • SIP/call routing, dial plans, endpoint provisioning, voice quality fundamentals, troubleshooting across voice/video/collaboration and network/security dependencies,
  • Strong documentation/runbook discipline

Background Requirements: Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Physical Requirements: None required for this position.
