As an L&D Program Manager, you will be at the heart of our training initiatives, responsible for defining training strategy and driving the programs that enable our diverse workforce to achieve quality and perform at their best. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role, grounded in strong training methodology and program management. You will be working with stakeholders from various departments, including Data Science, Operations, Partner Engagement, and Quality, and will need to design learning solutions that address the unique needs of each audience. Your ability to stay ahead of industry trends, integrate cutting-edge learning methodologies, and leverage AI to build new interactive learning experiences will be critical to your success. Lead training initiatives and manage programs across regions and time zones
Partner with the Global Training team to translate training strategy into execution, ensuring consistent delivery across programs and regions
Coordinate and collaborate across the wider Operations organization, including Partner Engagement, Global Operations, Quality, and vendor teams, to align on deliverables and timelines
Partner with engineers and data scientists to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training content and documentation
Produce learning across formats (written, video, interactive), determining when to deploy each for maximum impact and efficiency
Leverage AI tools to accelerate drafting and build new, interactive learning experiences, helping shape what training looks like in an environment where AI is part of how content gets made
Measure training effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze error trends, providing recommendations to close knowledge gaps and improve performance
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with AI tools, with sound judgment on when to apply them for content development
Facilitation skills, including Train-the-Trainer program delivery
Experience with content tools for technical writing, video creation, and asset design
Familiarity with AIML, data annotation processes, and tools is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience defining training strategy and managing training programs (not just developing content) for a wide range of audiences across a global operations environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience implementing training programs on a global scale
Grounded in learning theory and adult learning concepts, with the ability to apply frameworks like ADDIE in a rapid, iterative way
Proven program management skills, with strong stakeholder influencing skills across cross-functional teams
Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at navigating uncertainty to drive clarity and actionable solutions
Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to distill complex technical topics and procedures into simple language for a global audience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
