Job summary:
  • Work as part of the in-house creative team supporting client's Global Risk Solutions North America business unit.
  • Create, design, and execute a variety of deliverables including print and digital assets, under moderate supervision of Art Director and in collaboration with other creative team members and marketing colleagues.
  • With moderate supervision and direction, translates conceptual elements into finished designs.
  • May design across multiple mediums (e.g., digital, mobile, print, web).
  • May work in a Creative or Studio/Production capacity.
  • Contributes to projects of medium scope and complexity.
  • Collaborates with other Creative Team members (e.g., Production, Design) to ensure a cohesive product.
Responsibilities:
  • Designs, develops, produces and prepares designs within established brand guidelines.
  • Assignments are typically of a medium scope/complexity.
  • Leveraging a strong understanding of composition techniques (e.g., typography, photography, print production, page composition), creates visually compelling design work that will capture the attention of the target audience.
  • Utilizes graphic design skills to create imagery, color, typography, layouts for projects, including conceptual work.
  • Contributes to an open, collaborative creative environment by sharing ideas and encouraging others to express new, innovative ideas.
  • Proactively manages projects, addresses issues and ensures due dates are met.
  • Manages issues/changes and escalates, as appropriate.
  • Builds awareness and leverages industry examples into concepts.
Preparation, Training and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Portfolio of designs across all mediums (e.g., print, digital, web).
  • Strong capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop). Experience with Video editing/animation, After Effects, Premiere, Figma are preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Project management, research, problem-solving and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Open-minded and collaborative.
