The Opportunity

  • Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
  • Current national certification and DEA are required.
  • Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
  • Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Providence St. Mary Medical Center – Apple Valley, California

  • Level IV Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
  • 213-bed facility with a 44-bed Emergency Department.
  • Annual volume of 85,000 with an average of 230 patients per day.
  • New Trauma surgery and acute care surgery service as well as a robust Bridge Program for Opiate Use Disorders.
  • American Heart Association 2024 Stroke GOLD PLUS Award with Target: Honor Roll Elite recipient.
