About the Role:
The Video Post Producer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end workflow, execution, and delivery of video content across digital, social, and global campaign initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing and production to ensure high-quality, on-brand content is delivered on time and within budget. The position plays a critical role in managing post-production processes, optimizing workflows, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining the highest creative standards.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead scheduling, trafficking, and execution of video post-production projects, across editing, color grading, VFX, animation, audio, and final delivery.
  • Manage post-production workflows from pre-shoot through final asset delivery, ensuring alignment across creative, project management, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Fashion Office, Legal, Marketing, Finance) to review, approve, and finalize assets.
  • Ensure all content meets brand standards through review of color, retouching, and final output quality.
  • Work closely with Senior Manager, Video Post Production on cross-team goals, contributing time and effort to increasing team productivity.
  • Proactively identify creative problem-solving solutions to address challenges related to timelines and resource constraints.


What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in video post-production within advertising, fashion, or media environments; agency and in-house experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
  • Strong knowledge of post-production processes including editing, color grading, VFX, animation, and audio finishing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to assess creative output (color, retouching, visual quality) at a high standard.
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Pay Range:$82,500---$117,100PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement.
