Vice President - Construction

The Vice President - Construction will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a growing construction organization, driving project performance, team development, client satisfaction, and business growth. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will oversee all aspects of construction operations while supporting business development, preconstruction, project execution, and long-term market expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience within commercial construction, a strong understanding of project delivery and operational management, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams. This individual will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring successful project outcomes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for construction operations, preconstruction, project delivery, and business development activities
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing strategies that improve project performance, profitability, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Lead and develop construction teams through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and performance management
