Amenity Construction Group brings 40+ years of aquatic and specialty outdoor construction. With capabilities spanning design, consulting, and building, we deliver single-source solutions in aquatics and specialty outdoor construction. Amenity Construction Group spans 35 markets through our 5 brands - Pearl Pools, Jim Hinson Pools, Speciality Pool & Fountain, Resurrection Pools, and CDC Pools. 

We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to join our team at Amenity Construction Group. As Vice President of Sales, you are responsible for overseeing all pool construction sales, both new builds and renovations, and being part of creating lasting memories for our clients. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth across multiple markets and across all of our construction brands. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of pool construction sales, capable of building relationships with both commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for Amenity Construction Group across all markets, focusing on outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversation, and account development. 

  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and oversee the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Deliver consistent feedback on performance to ensure the Sales Team achieves their sales targets.

  • Client Relationships: Build long-lasting partnerships with clients by understanding customer needs, providing customized tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for business development in both B2B and B2C sectors, establishing partnerships with contractors, developers, and homeowners.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline by identifying top prospects, market segments, and industries. Convert leads into sales while focusing on high-value projects.

  • Revenue Targets: Monitor Amenity Construction Groups sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.

  • Contract Management: Manage contract negotiation and execution with clients and partners. 

  • Performance Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to maintain detailed sales records and generate performance reports. Track key metrics to ensure you're meeting goals and driving results, providing regular updates to leadership on progress, trends, and opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.


Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within construction, home improvement, or pool industry.

  • 5+ years of experience in national or regional sales leadership roles.

  • Proven experience leading commission-only sales team 

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics, including customer acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies to drive growth.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Marketing experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of brand development, lead generation, customer acquisition, and integrated marketing strategies.

  • Ability to travel nationally as required to attend events and meet with clients.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.

Location

The Vice President of Sales is a full-time, on-site position based in Orlando, FL; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC. The selected candidate will be expected to commute to their local office daily and travel to Amenity Construction Group branch offices and other business locations as needed. Estimated travel, 50%.
