  • The client is seeking an experienced VP-level creator and influencer marketing leader to serve as interim senior client counsel and program lead, keeping multiple accounts and creator programs running smoothly while a permanent hire is secured.
Job Summary
  • Serve as the senior day-to-day client relationship manager and strategic lead across 2-3 core accounts
  • Develop and lead creator strategies for B2C brands across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and others
  • Oversee end-to-end creator program execution, including creator identification, vetting, contract negotiations, partner management, and reporting
  • Advise clients on KPIs, performance metrics, and paid amplification strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and mentor direct supervisees and cross-functional integrated digital teams
  • Lead and present creator strategy decks and program updates to senior clients and executive stakeholders
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and support team culture and utilization
Minimum Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing and/or integrated communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (may be flexible for an exceptionally strong candidate)
  • Expertise developing and leading creator strategies for B2C brands across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar platforms, including 1:1 creator relationship management, vetting, algorithm nuances, trend analysis, and risk mitigation
  • Foundational knowledge of influencer whitelisting, paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and analytics/reporting, including client counseling on KPIs aligned to business objectives
  • Proven leadership experience managing direct reports and cross-functional integrated agency teams (IAT)
  • Strong project and account management skills, including agency fee and out-of-pocket (OOP) budget management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in health, wellness, regulated industries, or marquee Client brands
  • Experience working on ecommerce campaigns via paid social or influencer
  • Experience leading B2B influencer campaigns
  • Familiarity with creator identification platforms such as Creator IQ
  • Experience within mid-size to large integrated communications or PR agency environments
