Position Summary:

Reports to the Senior Vice President, Business Development & Government Relations. Responsible to coordinate activities and provide administrative support in accordance with the essential functions listed below. This role must be performed in-office at our headquarters in Centerville, Utah.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform administrative support functions to the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Government Relations, Vice President, Marketing and Government Partnerships, and the Vice President, Development.
  • Assist in business development and government relations activities as needed. 
  • Coordinate logistics for industry conferences, meetings, trade shows, and stakeholder events. 
  • Support the annual MTC PAC campaign and process requests for PAC contributions in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the maintenance, administration, reporting, and use support of the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 
  • Monitor and track marketing and business development expenditure approvals and assist with coding and budget administration. 
  • Support the development, writing, coordination, and quality review of competitive proposals. 
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documents as needed. Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives that support company growth objectives. 
  • Work well with others to develop and foster teamwork in an environment with short deadlines, changing priorities, and duties.
  • Contribute to our company Culture of Caring by maintaining positive and respectful relationships with employees, customers, vendors, program recipients and our community.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for education. 
  • Experience in government policy, business development, or relevant operations preferred. 
  • Must be willing and able to travel. 
  • Unless waived by management, a valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record is required.
