  • Partner closely with Food & Beverage and other operating departments to address fulfillment challenges and ensure timely availability of critical products.
  • Oversee inventory replenishment and distribution while driving reductions in inventory variance, spoilage, excess stock, and avoidable costs.
  • Review departmental spending against plans and budgets, identify variances, and recommend opportunities for savings and operational improvement.
  • Ensure the integrity and effective use of purchasing, inventory, and ERP systems and lead supply chain technology modernization and system adoption initiatives.
  • Support environmentally responsible sourcing and supply chain practices, including sustainability initiatives appropriate to large-scale hospitality operations.
  • Develop supply chain budgets, reporting, and performance standards to support executive decision-making.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop supply chain leaders and team members while building a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
  • Lead special projects and broader supply chain transformation initiatives as business needs evolve.
