Job description

Role : Technical Vice President (VP)

Location: Milpitas, CA ย (Onsite)

Contract : 12+ months

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical VP to support the CTO in driving global R&D initiatives and large-scale engineering programs across the US and international teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership and program/project management experience, with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams from leading technology companies such as Apple, Meta, and Netflix.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CTO in managing global R&D and engineering initiatives
  • Lead complex technical programs and cross-functional project execution
  • Collaborate with internal and external engineering stakeholders
  • Participate in architecture reviews and technical strategy discussions
  • Drive program delivery, resource planning, and engineering excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in technical leadership or program management
  • Strong background in software systems, cloud, infrastructure, or related technologies
  • Proven experience managing global engineering teams and large-scale programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with senior technical teams and executive leadership
