Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

  • Assess patient condition during admission and during each procedure, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
  • Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
  • Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of Interventional radiology patients.

What you will need in this role:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing 
  • Current State of Florida Registered RN License, or
  • Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • A minimum of one year acute care hospital Interventional Radiology RN experience
