At John Boner Neighborhood Centers (JBNC), we believe technology should empower peopleโ€”not create barriers. As our Vice President of Systems, you'll lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of the technology and data systems that help our teams serve neighbors more effectively. From strengthening cybersecurity and modernizing enterprise applications to leading AI initiatives and building a unified data environment, you'll help shape the future of how JBNC operates and measures community impact.

About the Role

The Vice President of Systems is a senior leader responsible for JBNC's enterprise technology ecosystem. You'll oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and the organization's new Database of Record (DoR), ensuring systems are secure, integrated, and easy for staff to use.

Working closely with executive leadership, department leaders, and technology partners, you'll develop long-term technology strategies, oversee major system implementations, and ensure our technology investments directly support our mission and organizational goals. You'll also lead a small multidisciplinary team while helping foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do Enterprise Technology Leadership
  • Develop and execute JBNC's long-term technology strategy and systems roadmap.

Vendor & Technology Management
  • Manage technology budgets, software licensing, vendor contracts, and procurement.
  • Evaluate technology solutions and oversee vendor performance.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver long-term value and support JBNC's strategic priorities.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Systems, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, enterprise systems, or data operations.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations and organizational change initiatives.
