We are looking for a Vice-President, MDSS Americas to join our Americas Leadership Team (ALT) and play a critical role in accelerating market growth, strengthening our brand, and bringing innovative solutions to life across North America.
The Opportunity
As VP, MDSS Americas, you will lead our Market Development & Solution Support (MDSS) organization, driving the commercialization of products, solutions, and services while ensuring the voice of the customer shapes our innovation agenda.
Reporting to the EVP Americas, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution-translating market insights into impactful go-to-market actions and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and R&D.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing MDSS organization, building strong capabilities in marketing, communication, and market development
  • Drive successful market introduction of new solutions and services, accelerating adoption and commercial impact
  • Represent the voice of the Americas customer, influencing global R&D and product development priorities
  • Own regional marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning and supporting growth across channels
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Service and global teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions
  • Engage customers and dealers directly, building strong relationships and ensuring deep market understanding
  • Contribute to Americas Leadership Team (ALT) priorities and strategic direction
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, ensuring MDSS enables business success
