Sterling Engineering is hiring a Powder Coating Paint Line Supervisor for a well-established manufacturer seeking a hands-on leader to oversee powder coating operations and drive production performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of the powder coating department, including hanging, coating, curing, and workflow coordination
  • Plan production schedules to maximize throughput while minimizing color changes and downtime
  • Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer delivery commitments are consistently achieved
  • Monitor coating quality, appearance, adhesion, and process consistency throughout production
  • Perform routine process audits to ensure standardized work practices and quality procedures are followed
  • Manage inventory levels for powder, chemicals, and paint line consumables
  • Train and develop paint line personnel while promoting accountability and teamwork
