Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a Project Manager to lead and execute projects with a global team. The role requires strong planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities while ensuring regular communication with stakeholders and adherence to project management standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement given projects aligned with business goals
• Facilitate creation and presentation of business cases, project charters and implement deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide project stakeholders and PMO Director, VP PMO and CIO with regular project status & reporting – Bi-weekly performance and Steering Committee meetings
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, concise, and professional presentations and communications.
• Works with PMO leaders to report budget and scheduling impacting issues, change requests, business decisions.
• Prepare Project plan with inputs from the team.
• Able to track status and follow up with internal team, stakeholders.
• Organize meetings to complete the work in time.
• Parallel project handling capability.
• Work late/weekend during critical tasks such as cutover, go-live.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong planning, scheduling and execution capabilities
• Ability to lead a global team with internal and external resources
• Strong listening skills with the ability to return clear understanding orally or written
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve business outcomes through project delivery
• Use of current PMO tools and processes to ensure quality of project status and reporting
• Frequent interaction and communication with the Business Process Management team for resource prioritization, scheduling and execution
• Ability to prepare Project plan with inputs from the team
• Able to track status and follow up with internal team, stakeholders
• Organize meetings to complete the work in time
• Parallel project handling capability
• Work late/weekend during critical tasks such as cutover, go-live
