Nxt Property Management is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Operations to lead the overall operations of our growing organization.

This executive leadership role partners closely with the President of Nxt Property Management and the Chief Operating Officer of Western States Lodging & Management to establish strategic direction, strengthen operational performance, drive financial results, and support long-term organizational growth.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee company-wide operations, including organizational strategy, operational execution, financial accountability, leadership development, client relationships, systems and infrastructure, and growth initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring Nxt Property Management continues to scale effectively while preserving the culture, values, and service standards that define our success.

This position also serves as a visible ambassador for the organization, representing Nxt Property Management with clients, ownership groups, industry partners, community stakeholders, and professional organizations.

Position Overview

The Senior Vice President of Operations is responsible for enterprise operational strategy, execution, and organizational infrastructure across Nxt Property Management. Partnering closely with executive leadership, this role translates strategic vision into measurable business results by strengthening the systems, people, and processes that support sustainable growth.

The Senior Vice President will ensure the organization operates with consistency, efficiency, accountability, and innovation while preserving the culture and Personal Touch that distinguish Nxt Property Management and Western States Lodging & Management.

This role is designed to create organizational leverage, allowing operational leaders throughout the company to focus on customer relationships, portfolio performance, and team leadership while the Senior Vice President drives enterprise-wide execution, scalability, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Executive Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to establish and execute organizational strategy.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive executive leadership experience.
  • Experience in the multifamily apartment management space
  • Demonstrated success improving organizational performance, building leadership teams, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing operational and financial performance in a complex business environment.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, organizational transitions, or large-scale growth initiatives.
