Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President of Operations - HVAC in Corona, California. The Vice President will oversee daily operations, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and manage profitability and efficiency for HVAC projects. Responsibilities include sophisticated operations planning, driving operational excellence, overseeing project execution, implementing strategic objectives, and fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Strategic Operations Leadership
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for HVAC across multiple multi-family construction projects.
  • Align HVAC operations with overall corporate objectives, project timelines, and quality standards.

Field Operations Management
  • Oversee HVAC field teams, including superintendents, foremen, and technicians.
