Who we are looking for

A Vice President position with operations experience in one or more functional areas including trade management, corporate actions, reconciliation, accounting. The VP is expected to act as the primary operational leader for a strategic client engagement with full accountability for daily execution, risk governance and client facing delivery.

What you will be responsible for

Serve as the day to day owner of the functional operations area supporting a strategic client

Be the first point of escalation for operational issues, client risks, and delivery concerns

Own leadership coverage, escalation protocols, and decision-making continuity

Represent State Street with authority and accountability in all client forums

Strong commitment to operational risk management, including the ability to identify control gaps, ensure adherence to established procedures, and reinforce a strong control driven culture.

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $197,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
