POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Vice President is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple Interstate Parking markets within an assigned multi-state region. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive growth, improve operational performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure consistency in service delivery across all locations. The Regional Vice President will lead and develop General Managers and market leadership teams, support new business initiatives, and implement scalable processes that support the company's continued expansion. This position is ultimately accountable for regional profitability, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and the successful execution of Interstate Parking's business strategy.
What You'll Do

  • Lead and support multiple Interstate Parking markets within your assigned region
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and market leadership teams to drive operational excellence
  • Oversee regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, expense management, and profitability
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational standards, and exceptional customer service across all markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, municipalities, and key business partners
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational, client, employee, and service-related matters
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute regional strategies that support company growth
  • Support client retention, contract renewals, proposals, presentations, and new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and overall market performance
  • Analyze operational and financial data to develop action plans and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the successful onboarding and integration of new locations, contracts, and acquisitions
  • Ensure markets are appropriately staffed and supported to meet operational and client needs
  • Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
  • Conduct regular market visits to support teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, safety standards, and applicable laws
  • Champion the use of technology and reporting tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Represent Interstate Parking in client meetings, industry events, and executive presentations

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, property management, retail, or another customer-focused industry
  • 5+ years of experience leading multiple locations, markets, or business units
  • Proven success managing financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
  • Comfortable using technology, reporting tools, and business systems to support operational excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent leadership experience)
  • 10+ years of operations leadership experience
  • 5+ years leading multiple locations, regions, or business units
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, P&L, and financial performance
  • Experience leading and developing managers and senior leaders
  • Proven success improving operational performance and driving profitability
  • Strong client relationship management experience
  • Experience overseeing multiple teams in a customer-facing service industry
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and business reporting systems
