  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the Enterprise Metric Policy, including defining policy requirements, establishing governance and controls, and monitoring adherence across risk pillars and relevant business/governance stakeholders.

  • Support Risk team accounts payable activities (e.g., cost center approver updates, point of contact for cost center use, purchase orders, and invoice tracking).

  • Partner with Finance to provide periodic Operating Plan pacing updates and variance insights.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

  • Ability to objectively identify risks, define appropriate measures/metrics, and effectively challenge and communicate risk across pillars and the broader organization.

  • Proven ability to influence senior management and drive change through process improvement and control enhancement.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to senior and technical audiences.

  • Forward-looking approach to identifying emerging risks and partnering cross-functionally to mitigate them.
