Job description

We're looking for our next Channel Champion to join the team as VP of Sales

About Channelscaler

Channelscaler is transforming how companies scale through their partners. Our AI-powered platform automates and simplifies partner engagement — from onboarding and incentives to performance tracking — helping vendors and partners grow faster together.

With one unified system, companies manage their entire partner lifecycle with ease and clarity. We're building a category-defining company rooted in expertise, empathy, and innovation — and we're just getting started.

About the Role

As the VP of Sales, reporting to the CEO, you'll help drive our next stage of growth by improving how we execute a data-driven, scalable sales motion. You'll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to professionalize pipeline management and forecasting, and deliver measurable revenue results that move the business forward.

This leader will be responsible for defining a data-driven sales motion, professionalizing pipeline management and forecasting, and building a team that can execute with consistency and excellence. The role will also involve close partnership with marketing, product, and customer success to refine the company's broader GTM motions that will drive sustained, efficient growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll focus on delivering results that move both the team and company forward by:

  • Owning and executing Channelscaler's sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets across enterprise and upper mid-market segments.
  • Building, managing, and developing a high-performing sales team, instilling process discipline, accountability, and operational rigor.
  • Introducing scalable systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking to enable predictable and repeatable revenue outcomes.
  • Partnering closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing motions, translating inbound momentum and market reputation into consistent revenue growth.
  • Refining pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with the executive team to drive new logo growth while ensuring alignment with customer value and margin guardrails.
  • Driving execution on new logo acquisition while supporting expansion and retention within a base of marquee enterprise customers.
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success Management to ensure seamless post-sale engagement and value realization.
  • Serving as a player-coach, actively engaging in and leading strategic deals while mentoring the sales team to deliver excellence in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven track record of success leading B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in marketing technology, partner or channel ecosystems, or adjacent categories.
  • Experience implementing scalable, data-driven sales processes and systems.
  • Demonstrated success selling into enterprise customers ($1B+ revenue), with ACVs in the $100K–$1M+ range.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and pricing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing sales organizations during a growth inflection point (ideally $20M–$50M+ ARR).
  • Skilled at building alignment between sales, marketing, and product organizations to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, able to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.

Core Competencies:

  • High-energy, hands-on leadership; thrives in entrepreneurial, high-growth settings.
  • Leads from the front — not only coaches AEs on deals but also owns select accounts and prospect accounts, from lead to closed-won.
  • Analytical and process-oriented, with a bias for action and accountability.
  • Empathetic and motivational manager who builds trust and inspires performance.
  • Collaborative and commercially savvy, with a strong grasp of both sales metrics and customer dynamics.
  • Adaptable, decisive, and resilient in navigating change and ambiguity.

Location & Work Environment

Channelscaler is a remote-first company with team members across the U.S., Ireland, India, and the U.K. For this role, we prefer candidates based in EST.

What We Offer

We thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that values curiosity and ownership.

  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus or commission (where applicable)
  • 25 days of paid time off annually
  • 12 dedicated training days per year for professional development
  • Paid parental leave
  • Health insurance (PPO and HSA plan options)
  • 401(k) match
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible hours
  • Annual team offsites and opportunities for in-person collaboration

Equal Opportunity Employer

Channelscaler is an equal opportunity employer. We believe that diverse teams create better outcomes. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees, including those with disabilities. If you require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application or perform the essential functions of the job, please contact HR@Channelscaler.com.
