We are seeking an innovative Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) to lead a dedicated team of up to eight direct reports. This high-impact role will support operational performance across multiple states and requires up to 75% travel.

What You Will Do

Build and grow client relationships:

  • Identifies, meets or exceeds customer expectations and performance goals.
  • Prepares and delivers business reviews.
  • Ensures customer complaints and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Identifies and pursues opportunities for growth and new business within current accounts.
  • Prepares and delivers renewal proposals.

Manage and develop direct reports:

  • Acts as a role model for CompleteRx, Ltd. Team Covenant values.
  • Manages a team of pharmacy directors and/or other health professionals.
  • Fosters a culture of employee engagement.
  • Acts as a mentor and role model to develop internal talent.
  • Maintains succession plans for key positions.
  • Conducts performance reviews.

Ensures CompleteRx pharmacy operating standards are met or exceeded:

  • Achieves performance standards for accreditation, regulatory, purchasing, inventory, patient safety, clinical, and nursing service.
  • Understands 340B drug program.
  • Develops and administers corrective action plans to address deficiencies.
  • Promotes innovation using CompleteRx performance improvement processes.

Manage financial performance:

  • Prepares budgets for accounts.
  • Reviews drug inventory data for accuracy.
  • Ensures account profitability projections are achieved or exceeded.
  • Negotiates applicable vendor contracts as needed.
  • Reviews data used to prepare invoices for accuracy prior to client submission.

Contribute to the company:

  • Participates in self-development activities related to current job function or future career growth.
  • Participates in company initiatives to achieve corporate strategic objectives.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy required.
  • MBA/MHA degree preferred.
  • Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of practice.
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
  • Minimum five (5) years management experience in an acute care hospital setting of 100+ staffed beds or equivalent.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience leading multi-stakeholder projects, including client or customer- facing projects.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience conducting oral and written presentations with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in an account management senior role.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience preparing and negotiating client contracts.
  • Ability to travel via plane, automobile, or other means with occasional overnight (up to 75%) and occasional weekend travel.
