Reports to: Vice President of Operations


Primary Purpose:

As an Operational Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent   customer service across our branch network. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating and training on the ERP system, promoting operational standards, identifying areas for standardization, recognizing inefficiencies, and taking actionable steps to improve branch operations and customer care.


Responsibilities:


Communicate and   Train ERP System:

  • Effectively communicate the functionalities, features, and best practices of the ERP system to branch employees.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to ensure employees understand how to use the ERP system efficiently and effectively.

Communicate and   Educate on Operational Standards:

  • Promote and communicate operational standards, policies, and procedures to branch personnel.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on operational standards, ensuring compliance throughout the branch network.

Identify and   Recognize Areas for Standardization:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of branch operations to identify areas for improvement and standardization.
  • 'Analyze operational processes, workflows, and systems to determine inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop standardized practices and streamline operations across the branch network.

Extensive Travel :

  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to travel extensively (25% - 50%) to different branch locations as needed for training, assessments, and support.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with branch personnel.
