About the RoleThe Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management & Operations is the most senior operating role within PRG's medical RCM business and one of the most consequential executive roles in the company. The role reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day operational engine of the medical RCM business — providing revenue cycle services to several hundred medical and specialty practices across the United States, supported by teams in India and Pakistan.The leader who steps into this role owns service delivery quality, operational efficiency, team development, client retention, and the operating economics of the line of business. They partner closely with the CEO on strategy, with the Sales and Revenue organization on growth, with the Business Operations and Intelligence (BOI) function on performance analytics, with R&D on platform and automation, and with Finance on operating economics. They are accountable for ensuring that PRG's service promises are delivered every day and that operating economics continue to improve as the company scales.This role exists at the intersection of healthcare operations, executive leadership, and strategic partnership. The right candidate is someone who has run a multi-site, multi-shore RCM operation at meaningful scale, who understands what a healthy specialty book looks like across many specialties, who has carried direct profit and loss responsibility for a healthcare services line of business, and who can build culture and accountability across a global workforce.Executive Operational LeadershipThe Vice President owns service delivery across the full medical RCM business — collections performance, days in accounts receivable, denial management, credentialing turnaround, and client SLA adherence — and the operating teams that deliver those outcomes. The role carries direct accountability for the operating economics of the line of business.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Operational LeadershipOwn end-to-end service delivery for the medical RCM business, including collections performance, days in A/R, denial management, credentialing turnaround, claim resolution velocity, and client SLA adherence.Carry direct profit and loss responsibility for the line of business, partnering with Finance and Controllership on operating budget, capital planning, business unit reporting, and investment cases for new initiatives.Lead the customer success structure across RCM, RCS, and CRM Manager organizations, and the Billing Manager organization that supports them.Establish and maintain executive operating KPIs across the line of business; partner with the BOI department on dashboards, performance intelligence, and automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve insight quality.Continuously improve onboarding, ongoing service delivery, and client communication processes.Lead operational integration of recently acquired operations into the broader PRG service delivery model, ensuring smooth migration of clients, processes, and teams.Strategic Client & Partnership LeadershipPersonally engage on the most strategic client relationships and on any account showing material expansion or retention opportunity; partner with Sales and Strategic Accounts on growth and renewal.Sponsor quarterly business reviews for top-tier clients; ensure that client relationships are deepening and expanding over time, not just maintained.Represent the operational organization in commercial conversations with prospective enterprise practice partners and major specialty groups.Build relationships with the senior leadership of practice partners, ensuring PRG is the trusted long-term operating partner of choice.Partner with the SVP of Strategic Accounts on the highest-value relationships and on the partnership ecosystem that drives enterprise growth.Team Leadership & Executive DevelopmentDevelop and manage a Director-level operating team across customer success, billing operations, credentialing, and analytics.Partner with Human Resources on performance management, succession planning, and the build-out of the next generation of operational leadership.Build cohesion and accountability across U.S., India, and Pakistan operating teams; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture across the global workforce.Mentor emerging operational talent and create clear career pathways within the line of business.Establish performance expectations and accountability frameworks across the operating organization, with consistent application across geographies.Operational Excellence & ScaleDrive continuous improvement in operating economics across the line of business, including cost-to-serve, collections performance, and team productivity.Partner with R&D and BOI on automation initiatives that allow operational teams to scale without proportional headcount expansion.Build the operational playbook that supports continued growth — both organic growth across the existing practice base and growth through strategic acquisition.Establish performance benchmarks and continuously raise the bar across the operating organization.Champion best practices and process discipline across the multi-site, multi-shore operating model.QualificationsRequired12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in an executive operating role (Director, Vice President, or Chief Operating Officer).Direct profit and loss responsibility for a healthcare services business or business unit at meaningful scale.Demonstrated track record managing multi-site and multi-shore operations (onshore plus offshore) at meaningful scale.Specialty practice RCM expertise across multiple specialties; deep familiarity with the operational nuances of medical billing, denial management, credentialing, and collections.Strong financial and analytical acumen; comfort with operating dashboards, KPIs, unit economics, and financial reporting.Exceptional people leader with experience developing Director-level talent and building inclusive, high-performing global teams.Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across an executive team.Bachelor's degree required;
