  • 5+ years of Director-level or higher leadership experience in home health operations (required)
  • Hospice leadership experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years overseeing multi-site or regional operations
  • Proven experience driving census growth, operational performance, and financial results
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within home health and hospice services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead regional leadership teams and mentor Executive Directors
  • Knowledge of the Chicago and greater Illinois healthcare market preferred

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for multiple home health and hospice agencies
  • Lead and support Regional Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, and site leadership teams
  • Drive census growth and support regional business development strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements across the portfolio
  • Maintain and improve quality metrics, patient outcomes, and operational performance
  • Oversee financial performance including labor management, budgeting, and cost containment
