Vice President of Finance | Job Posting

Summary

Reporting to the President of the company, the Vice President of Finance should be a result driven individual who knows how to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, and long-term growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and risk management while aligning financial operations with company goals. Partner with senior leadership to support business growth, investment decisions, and operational performance, while leading and developing the finance team and improving financial systems and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within a large or complex organization.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing finance teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Experience in a publicly traded company or experience with IPO processes.
  • Familiarity with advanced financial software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in strategic business partnering and driving organizational change.
Compensation

From $205,000.00 plus bonus to commensurate with experience.
