Vice President of SalesMission-Driven CPG StartupDallas, TX Metro Area - Hybrid
Salary Range: $200,000 to $250,000 per year base + Commission and Equity Potential
Terrific Vice President of Sales (VP) with a CPG startup focused on natural products that support brain health. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule and must be based in the Dallas, TX metro area.
The VP will be focused on leading and developing a high-performing sales team while driving growth across national and regional key accounts. The position will oversee relationships with natural product distributors, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and drive overall revenue growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide management and leadership to the sales team
  • Manage distributor and account relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for national key accounts and regional accounts
  • Collaborate with sales brokers to manage relationships
  • Create and implement GTM strategies for launching products
  • Plan and execute trade shows and events
  • Ensure sales plan attainment and account planning

Qualifications:
  • Approximately 10+ years of relevant natural product sales experience including time in a leadership role managing staff
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience creating and executing sales GTM strategy for national and regional accounts
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a results oriented environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time for account meetings/visits, conferences and trade shows
  • Understanding of natural products space distributors and managing conventional key accounts
  • Demonstrated track record of managing P&L and accountability for revenue growth
