Our therapy services support individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families across a broad range of behavioral health needs. As PsychPlus continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced executive leader to build, scale, and oversee our Therapy Services division.

The VP will work closely with executive leadership, psychiatry, operations, recruiting, credentialing, revenue cycle, technology, and business development teams to create an integrated behavioral healthcare experience.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a behavioral health executive who is passionate about expanding access to quality therapy and building a best-in-class clinical organization.

  • Develop clinical policies, protocols, workflows, and best practices for therapy services.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, provider performance, and quality indicators.
  • Promote an integrated care model between therapists, psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and other behavioral health providers.
  • Ensure therapy services remain compliant with applicable federal and state regulations and professional standards.

Provider Leadership & Development

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, and performance management of therapy providers.
  • Build a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, professional development, and patient-centered care.
  • Develop provider productivity and performance standards while maintaining clinical quality.
  • Establish career development, mentorship, training, and continuing education initiatives for therapists.
  • Partner with Recruiting and Credentialing to develop a scalable pipeline of high-quality therapists.

Operations & Growth

  • Oversee day-to-day performance of therapy services across PsychPlus locations and virtual care.
  • Optimize scheduling, provider utilization, patient access, workflows, and capacity.
  • Develop strategies to reduce wait times and improve continuity of care.
  • Analyze operational and clinical data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the launch and expansion of therapy services in new markets.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure consistent execution across locations.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Own key financial and operational performance metrics for the Therapy Services division.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and resource plans.
  • Monitor productivity, utilization, staffing levels, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle and payer teams to optimize reimbursement and financial performance.

Innovation & Technology

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
  • Advanced clinical or business degree such as LCSW, LPC/LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, MSN, MHA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Active clinical licensure in at least one relevant behavioral health discipline preferred.

  • Establish meaningful clinical and operational KPIs.
  • Improve patient satisfaction and therapy outcomes.
  • Strengthen collaboration between therapy and psychiatry services.
