In roughly one year of operations, the firm has completed 10 deals and raised over $30M in equity, building toward an institutional-quality platform with a clear path to scale.The Vice President of Investments will work directly alongside the founding partners across underwriting, asset management, investor relations, and deal execution. This is a principal-level seat at a high-velocity deal machine — the right candidate will help shape the direction of the business, visit properties under renovation, and serve as a key contact for capital partners.Core responsibilities include building and maintaining underwriting models, renovation budgets, hold/sell scenario analyses, and portfolio-level returns tracking; supporting deal execution from LOI through closing; managing asset-level reporting including construction budget tracking, lease-up timelines, and investor distribution schedules; and preparing investor communications, quarterly updates, and fundraising materials targeting family offices and RIAs.The ideal candidate brings 2.5+ years of direct real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management, development, or lending; advanced Excel financial modeling skills including JV equity, LP/GP waterfalls, and construction draws; and an investor mindset with conviction-driven opinions on deals backed by rigorous analysis.Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 total annual compensation plus potential equity stake in the Operating Company.
