The Position


The Vice President, Strategic Growth is responsible for driving the company's growth strategy across agent recruiting, retention, productivity, franchise performance, strategic partnerships, and new revenue opportunities. This leader serves as the executive owner of growth initiatives and is accountable for increasing agent count, improving agent productivity, strengthening franchise performance, and expanding revenue-generating programs across the organization.


Reporting directly to the CEO and working in close partnership with the COO, the VP, Strategic Growth acts as the bridge between strategy and execution-ensuring growth initiatives are aligned, measured, and producing measurable business results.


This position is ideal for a growth-minded executive who combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, leadership development, and a deep understanding of the real estate brokerage industry.


Key Responsibilites


Enterprise Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company's growth strategy in alignment with annual and long-range objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase agent count, productivity, retention, and overall company revenue.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish growth priorities, targets, and accountability measures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and industry opportunities.


Agent Recruiting & Retention

  • Lead the development and execution of national recruiting and retention strategies.
  • Partner with Market Leaders, recruiters, and franchise owners to improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Develop retention initiatives focused on reducing agent attrition and increasing engagement.
  • Analyze recruiting and retention data to identify opportunities for improvement.


Agent Productivity & Adoption

  • Drive initiatives that increase agent productivity and transaction activity.
  • Partner with Learning & Development and operational leaders to improve adoption of company tools, programs, and services.
  • Develop accountability frameworks that connect agent activity to production outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve participation in company-sponsored programs and strategic initiatives.


Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Expansion

  • Oversee strategic growth initiatives involving affiliated services and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to increase adoption of title, escrow, and ancillary service offerings.
  • Lead out on Ambassador Club including the planning and implementation of the program in corporate markets where applicable.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
  • Support expansion initiatives, joint ventures, and growth-focused acquisitions.
