Description

Wanted for Immediate Hire: High-Performance VP of Sales

We're growing and looking for a high-performance sales leader to coach, lead and scale our sales team in both performance and headcount. In this role, you'll recruit, onboard, train, mentor and develop quota-bearing sales professionals to consistently hit company sales targets.

Who We Are:

The Solutions Team is one of the fastest-growing IT services companies serving specialty medical practices across the U.S., ranked on the Inc. 5000 and recognized for best-in-class growth and profitability. We're on track to triple revenue in five years and need an experienced, ambitious sales leader to help us get there.

You Are A Fit If You:

  • Have built and scaled a professional B2B sales team through comparable growth and have also succeeded as an individual contributor selling complex solutions in a business-to-business environment.
  • Can show receipts: you grew sales by hiring, developing and coaching reps into top performers that consistently met or exceeded quota.
  • Are deeply committed to building and adherence to playbooks, processes, standards and a high-performance culture.
  • Know how to install real sales systems - CRM discipline, pipeline rigor and accurate forecasting - in an organization that doesn't have them yet.
  • Are a lifelong learner committed to constant training and improvement.

Requirements

 What You'll Need:

  • At least 5 years in sales leadership with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate sales professionals while maintaining a no-drama, high-performance culture built on teamwork and accountability.
  • Strong business acumen, professional maturity, drive, executive presence and sales judgment. Ideally you've sold professional B2B services.

What You'll Get:

  • Top-quartile compensation, including base salary and performance-based bonus, with room to grow.
  • Professional development, coaching and training.
  • The opportunity to build a high-performance sales team for a fast-growing IT company serving specialty medical practices.
  • Healthcare or IT services experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters is a proven track record of turning a sales team into a sales machine.
  • Paid Time Off program in accordance with company policy
  • Company-observed paid holidays
  • Health insurance options available to eligible employees
  • Dental, Life, Vision, STD
  • Employee recognition and rewards program
  • $50 monthly cell phone stipend
  • Company-provided equipment and tools
