We are seeking a visionary, growth-focused President with a strong marketing and brand leadership background to scale our international restaurant company across Asia and the United States. This executive will oversee global operations, marketing, brand strategy, franchise development, and cross-border expansion while leading the organization through a period of rapid, strategic growth.

The President will bring a rare mix of operational excellence and marketing savvy. They must understand how to position a brand across culturally diverse markets, build demand, elevate customer experience, and drive profitable multi-unit expansion.

This is a role for a proven global operator who knows how to grow a restaurant concept internationally and how to amplify a brand through world-class marketing, digital strategy, and consumer engagement.

  • Lead the global expansion strategy across Asia and the US, including market prioritization, brand positioning, and customer insights.
  • Build localization strategies that maintain brand consistency while adapting to regional consumer preferences.
  • Oversee all major market launches, ensuring a cohesive brand introduction and strategic go-to-market plans.
Marketing Leadership & Consumer Growth
  • Drive the global marketing vision, including brand positioning, digital strategy, menu innovation communication, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build scalable campaigns across social, digital, loyalty, and delivery channels.
  • Ensure strong alignment between product innovation, branding, guest experience, and market demand.
  • Leverage data, research, and regional insights to inform creative direction, messaging, and promotional strategy.
Operations & Performance Leadership
  • Ensure operational excellence across all company-owned and franchised locations globally.
  • Implement systems, playbooks, and KPIs that improve unit economics and consistency across markets.
  • Partner with regional leaders to refine service models, optimize performance, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
Franchise Development & Partner Management
  • Lead franchise growth, including master franchise agreements, joint ventures, and regional partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and investors across Asia and the US.
  • Create franchise governance, support structures, and performance frameworks that drive success.
Financial Leadership & P&L Ownership
  • Own the global P&L and drive financial performance across markets.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for global expansion.
  • Oversee supply chain strategy, vendor partnerships, and procurement to support cost efficiency.
Team & Organizational Leadership
  • Build and scale a high-performing international leadership team across operations, marketing, development, and support functions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across global and regional teams.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or consumer brand leadership.
  • Strong marketing background with experience in global brand building, digital strategy, and cross-cultural consumer engagement.
  • Proven success scaling a brand internationally experience in Asia and the US strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of franchise management, growth strategy, and multi-unit operations.
