Join a Growing and Dynamic Insurance Distribution Platform committed to helping independent agencies grow, thrive, and succeed as a Vice President, Agency Sales Manager!

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide sales strategies to drive profitable growth, new business, retention, and cross-selling across multiple P&C agency locations.
  • Lead and support agency leaders and regional management teams, creating accountability and consistency in sales execution and customer experience.
  • Establish and monitor key sales KPIs, using analytics and market intelligence to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Identify new markets, geographic expansion opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing sales talent and leadership teams.
  • Lead growth, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives across the agency network.
  • Own sales budgets, forecasting, and growth planning while partnering with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR.
  • Support M&A and integration initiatives and ensure compliance with insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years of Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership or multi-location agency management experience.
  • Proven success leading large regional or national insurance sales organizations and driving revenue and profitability growth.
  • Strong understanding of agency operations, producer management, underwriting, carrier relationships, and insurance distribution.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple locations or states in a decentralized environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
  • Preferred: MBA or related master’s degree and/or CPCU, CIC, ARM, CRM, or comparable designation.
