Cvent is seeking a Senior Vice President/Vice President, Professional Services to lead a global
Professional Services organization of more than 850 employees. This executive will lead the
transformation and growth of Cvent's Professional Services organization, driving customer
outcomes, operational excellence, AI-enabled innovation, and financial performance at scale.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of modernizing service organizations,
leveraging data and technology to improve delivery quality, productivity, profitability, and
customer value realization.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Define and lead the strategic direction for Cvent's Professional Services organization,
    including Implementation, Project Management, and related delivery functions.
  • Build and optimize a scalable Professional Services operating model that improves customer
    outcomes, delivery quality, organizational productivity, operational efficiency, and
    profitability.
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives that modernize service delivery, redesign
    operating models, and improve scalability, predictability, and business performance.
  • Define and execute the Professional Services AI and automation strategy, leveraging
    emerging technologies to improve delivery quality, consultant productivity, customer
    outcomes, operational efficiency, and service scalability.
  • Establish and leverage executive-level performance metrics across customer outcomes,
    delivery quality, productivity, utilization, margin performance, and employee engagement
    to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Customer Success, Support,
    Sales, and Finance leaders to align services strategy with company priorities and customer
    needs.
  • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of
    accountability, innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers and high-profile initiatives while
    ensuring the organization has the structure, talent, processes, and tools required to support
    future growth.

Here's What You Need:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive responsibility for large-
    scale global Professional Services, implementation, consulting, project management, or
    other customer-facing delivery organizations.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, high-growth
    environments, including operating model redesign, process optimization, organizational
    change management, and business performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical and technology leadership capabilities, with demonstrated success
    leveraging data, AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve customer outcomes,
    organizational productivity, scalability, and business performance.
  • Experience leading large-scale global service organizations through operating model
    transformation, leveraging partnerships across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and
    Finance to drive AI adoption, automation, scalability, and measurable business results.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated accountability for
    Professional Services financial performance and a proven track record of improving
    profitability, margins, productivity, utilization, forecasting accuracy, delivery efficiency, and
    customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through senior leaders and build highly engaged, high-
    performing organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, board-level
    audiences, and strategic customers.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
